2. Accommodation at Sukha Nordic Retreats
When booking a stay at Sukha Nordic Retreats, you will stay in one of our three houses. Each house accommodates a maximum of two people. Your booking confirmation will specify what is included in your stay.
3. Pets
Pets are not allowed in the accommodations.

We strive to provide accurate information on our website, but errors may occur. If we identify any inaccuracies, we will correct them as soon as possible.
5. Booking and Personal Data
When you make a booking via our website, email, or phone, a contract is formed between you and Sukha Nordic Retreats. You will receive a booking confirmation via email. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide at the time of booking is correct. We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy.
6. Prices and Additional Costs
Current prices for accommodations and packages are listed on our website. Prices are subject to change. Additional costs for optional services and extras will be specified during the booking process.
7. Payment
The full booking amount must be paid by the due date specified on the invoice. For last-minute bookings, payment must be made immediately. In case of late payment, a reminder will be sent with a payment deadline of 7 days. If payment is not received, the booking will be considered canceled, and the cancellation terms in section 9 will apply.
8. No right of Withdrawal
Bookings made with Sukha Nordic Retreats are not subject to the right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts Act, as they pertain to accommodation services.
9. Cancellation
If you cancel your booking, the following fees apply:
• More than 8 weeks before arrival: 15% of the total booking amount
• 8 to 6 weeks before arrival: 30% of the total booking amount
• 6 to 4 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total booking amount
• 4 to 2 weeks before arrival: 75% of the total booking amount
• Less than 2 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount
Cancellations must be made via phone or email. The cancellation date is determined by when we receive your cancellation request.
10. Changes to Your Booking
Changes to an existing booking may be possible. If a change cannot be made, you may choose to keep your original booking or cancel it under the terms stated in section 9.
11. Changes by Sukha Nordic Retreats
We reserve the right to modify bookings in exceptional circumstances, such as insufficient participant numbers or unforeseen events. In such cases, we will offer a comparable alternative at no extra cost. If you do not accept the alternative, you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund.
12. Guest Responsibilities
You are expected to follow Sukha Nordic Retreats' house rules during your stay. You are responsible for any damage caused during your stay. A security deposit may be required. If you or anyone in your party behaves inappropriately, we reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately without a refund.
13. Complaints
Swedish law applies to these terms and conditions. If you have any complaints about your accommodation, please notify us as soon as possible, preferably during your stay, so we can address the issue promptly.
